1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging cannot be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

  • Products that are removed from their original packaging.


3. Return Process

4. Refunds

5. Replacements

  • If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement free of cost.
